Since OPTIMAL SYSTEMS products are based on complex new developments, they require considerable explanation when communicated. The company was therefore looking for an agency that could present these products briefly and clearly in video form and convey their function and benefits in an understandable way.
We came together in 2019, when a video for the newly developed tool enaio® CoLab was to be produced — a document-sharing tool that enables sharing documents via a central web-based platform. The company had already worked with video agencies that, however, could not deliver a modern concept or develop a look and feel that fit the corporate design. vjsual stood out from other agencies both in personal contact and through expertise in video production and high-quality graphic execution.
The objectives of the collaboration were varied and ambitious. The overarching aim was to explain complex products professionally and understandably, in order to convey their value and functionality to customers. At the same time, a modern design and matching visual language were to be developed that reflect the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS brand identity and convey the product messages in a visually appealing way. Another major goal was to increase the awareness of all newly developed products through a targeted SEO marketing strategy.
The successful start of our collaboration with OPTIMAL SYSTEMS led to a series of further projects that present different products, showcase their features and benefits and support sales — including successful product videos such as yuuvis® RAD, yuuvis® MOMENTUM and the e-file. We are currently working together on an exciting series of ten videos that are part of a comprehensive SEO strategy.
Here the focus is not only on specific products, but rather on the topic-specific expertise of the experienced software developer. Through SEO-optimised video content, valuable technical information is provided and the visibility of the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS website on relevant topics is significantly improved.
The results already speak for themselves: we can clearly see that the high-quality video content helps to make the website and landing pages even more attractive and to increase user interaction.
